Two new Passivhaus homes planned for Trafford in Greater Manchester. These super comfortable, high quality homes will have minimal heating bills, due to the super-insulated building fabric and renewable technologies.

Located in a traditional red brick setting, the scheme has been designed to appear subtle and understated from the road, using traditional red bricks and rosemary tiles. Meanwhile the rear of the house uses a more contemporary and contrasting approach, with high quality timber cladding and slate blue render to the highly insulated walls.
